Data collected: (1) Website visit: anonymous visitor_id (localStorage, not a cookie), no IP stored, legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. (2) Google OAuth registration: email, name, profile photo, OAuth token, legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. (3) Google Business Profile data: publicly visible business data. (4) Uploads: photos max. 10MB, documents max. 20MB, stored in Supabase Storage (EU). (5) Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe.

Automations: All disabled by default, each activation documented with timestamp.

AI processing: via Anthropic API (Claude).

Emails: via Brevo.

Storage: EU servers (Supabase, Frankfurt).

Deletion: account data within 30 days of cancellation.

Rights (Art. 15-22 GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection.
